There are a number of options that you can choose to take up when ordering your website, here you’ll find more information on which of these may suit your needs.
These options can also be added over time if not included with the initial order.
If you’re planning on updating the content on your new website we can provide a 1 hour training session to help you learn the basics. The session is delivered using the Go To Meeting video conferencing / screen sharing system.
As many people in your team as you like may attend, all you need to attend is access to your computer or iPad. Each attendee can join from their own computer.
The sessions are recorded and you will receive a copy of the video so that you and your team can review the training session over again.
$180 plus GST / 1 hour session
Bundle of 10 support tickets
The DMA team is available to help you manage and update your website. We provide access to our team via our support ticket system. Each ticket provides you with 15 minutes of our expertise. The support request may be for something we can do for you (like change an image, publish a blog post you’re written, or perhaps update your contact details), or it may be a request for us to show or teach you how to do something within your new website once it has launched.
Support tickets don’t expire and can be topped up by purchasing another bundle of 10 when required.
$375 plus GST / 10 support tickets
eMail newsletter integration
Engage with your clients! Our team can set up and integrate MailChimp, an online email marketing solution to manage contacts, send emails and track results, with your new website.
The system allows you to have clients sign up to an eMail list or import them from your current client lists. New blog posts from your website can automatically be delivered via eMail to the list of clients. As well you can write and publish eMail newsletters specifically written for them via eMail.
This fees includes a template customised to match the branding your new website.
$900 plus GST / one off fee
Domain name registration
If you do not have a domain name registered (e.g. http://advisername.com.au), we can register a domain for you.
The domain name will be registered for a period of 2 years and will need to be renewed at the end of this period to continue using the name.
This fee includes DNS hosting and setup for your website.
$99 plus GST / 2 year registration
