How to remove your complaints policy

Instructions:

  1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
  2. On the left-hand side menu, go to Site Settings.
  3. Select the last tab titled Legals.
  4. Scroll down to the section titled Complaints Policy Type.
    • If you were using the on-site option, remove the PDF file.
    • If you were using the off-site option, remove the URL.
  5. Select Update on the top right of the page.
  6. On the left-hand side menu, go to Pages.
  7. Scroll down until you reach the Important Information page then select Edit.
  8. In the Text Editor, above the General Advice Warning, remove the following text:
    • Complaint Policy
    • To access [dma_main_lic_company]’s Complaint Policy, please click the button below.
    • [dma_cp_button label=”Complaint Policy”]
  1. Select Update on the top right of the page.
