How to leave and share a Google Review

Instructions

This guide provides many tips on collecting Google Reviews.

Email template

Include sincere text that covers:

  • Giving us a Google Review helps us to be found and recognised for the work that we do.
  • Taking a minute or two to provide your feedback is greatly appreciated.
  • Please note that to leave a review, while you don’t need a Gmail account, you will have to log in to your Google account.

Ideally, embed the link in a button labelled “Leave a Google Review,” as buttons are more likely to be clicked than hyperlinked text.
