How to change the order your team members appear in

Instructions

  1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
  2. On the left-hand side menu, go to People.
  3. To edit the order people appear on our team page, hover over the first person you’d like to edit and select Quick Edit.
    1. Update the Order to reflect their position in your team. The lowest number will appear first, starting from “0”.
    2. We recommend ordering in intervals from 10 to 100. This makes it easy to add new team members. For instance, if you want to add a new team member between existing members “100” and “150”, you can order the new person as “125”.
    3. Example: A Founder/Principal Adviser will be “0”, a Provisional Adviser “100”, and a Client Service Officer “200”.
    4. Select Update.
  4. To edit the order people appear when clicking through each profile, hover over the first person you’d like to edit and select Quick Edit.
    1. Select the Date by changing the time/day/month/year of each person.
    2. The profile with the most recent publish date will appear first on the team page.
    3. Select Update.
  5. Repeat this process for each person as required.
