How to add a team member

Instructions

  1. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
  2. On the left-hand side menu, go to People.
  3. At the top of the page, click Add New.
  4. Enter all details as necessary, from your job title to your favourite quote.
  5. For advisers, provide your authorised rep number and any accreditations or memberships.
  6. For headshots, upload each profile photo via the Featured image section. Use the same dimensions as your existing team members (e.g., 900px by 900px). Keep file sizes below 1800KB to avoid impacting your website’s performance with slower load times.
  7. Click Publish at the top right-hand side of the page.
