Instructions
- Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
- On the left-hand side menu, go to Forms and hover over the form you want to edit.
- Click Settings, then select Confirmations from the top menu.
- A default confirmation will already exist. Click it to edit, or click Add New to create a new one.
- Choose your confirmation type from the dropdown:
- Text: displays a message on the same page after submission
- Page: redirects the user to another page on your site
- Redirect: sends the user to an external URL
- If you selected Text, type your confirmation message in the editor. Keep it warm and clear, for example: Thanks for getting in touch. We will be in contact with you shortly.
- If you selected Page, choose the destination page from the dropdown. If you selected Redirect, paste in the full URL.
- Click Save Confirmation when done.
- To set up different confirmations based on a user’s answer, use the Conditional Logic toggle at the bottom of the confirmation settings.
